Legal DEFRA requirements for passports

                All applications must include details of any freeze / hot brands on any equines. Please look
               carefully for these marks and if they are present note details on the SILHOUETTE FORM.

               ALL NEW passport applications - as of June 2009, MUST include proof of insertion of a microchip.
                Microchips must be inserted by a Veterinary Surgeon.
 

FEES & PROCEDURES

 

Passports:  £16.00

 

Registration/overstamping: £10.00 (including other society over-stamping if required - optional).

Transfer of ownership:  £10.00 - please send your passport along with the fee of £10 and
your name and address to Nicky Campbell - address shown above
 
Express Passports: £20.00 (NOT in addition to normal passport fee)
 

Upgrade to mature register: £10.00 please send your passport along with the fee of £10 and
your name and address to Nicky Campbell - address shown above

 Stallion licence: £20.00 ... castration stamping on passport:    £10.00

Please read the definitions of the registers carefully. They are listed below
Register 1P The Premier Register Of Falabella Miniature Horses. Horses must be DNA'd from both parents and bloodlines proven to be from Argentina only.
 
Register 1 The World-Wide Register Of Falabella Miniature Horses
 
Register 2 Part-Bred Falabella Horses, Minimum Of 25% Of Pure-Bred Blood, i.e. either Grandsire or Granddam or alternatively either sire or dam must be Pure-Bred and eligible for register one of the I.M.H.P.S register.
 
Register 3a International Miniature Spotted Horses And Ponies - not exceeding 34 ins - 86.5cms. Any miniature spotted horse or pony of known or unknown breeding.
 
Register 3b International Small/Standard Spotted Horses/Ponies exceeding 34 Ins - 86.5cms but not exceeding 42ins - 106.5cms at 36 months or older of known or unknown breeding.
 
Register 4 International Miniature Horses And Ponies not exceeding 34 ins - 86.5 cms of known or unknown breeding.
 
Register 5  International Small-Standard Horses and Ponies exceeding 34 ins - 86.5cms but not exceeding 42ins - 106.5 cms of known or unknown breeding.
 
Register 6 International Miniature Pintaloosas not exceeding 34ins - 86.5cms of known or unknown breeding.
 
Register 7a International Miniature Donkeys And Mules not exceeding  36 ins - 91.5cms (N.M.D.A. recognised height worldwide) of known or unknown breeding.
 
Register 7b International Small-Standard Donkeys/Mules exceeding 36 ins at maturity.
 
Register 8 American Miniature Horses  (Registered in America at birth)
 
Register 9 Part-Bred American Miniature Horses
 
Register 10 Irish Heritage Kerry Bog Pony (height range averaging 10 / 11 hands). All Kerry Bog Ponies in this register are Blood typed and DNA.
 
Register 11 Vanner Horse Or Pony any height.
 
Register 12 International Horse or pony (any height).
 
Register 13 Akhal Teke - pure bred
 
Register 14 Akhal Teke - part bred
 
Register 15 Akhal Teke - Anglo
